TED Talks cover a wide range of subjects, and we’ve found another one that will surely enlighten, and entertain at the same time.  Kelly McGonigal is a health psychologist who explains, in this talk from 2013, why we should re-think how we handle stress.

An interesting element of her presentation is her assertion that service to others is a good way to handle stress.  It seems we Rotary Club community-minded types just might have something here.  We hope this week’s presentation is helpful.

  1. Stress is over rated, but it’s comforting to know that service through Rotary is saving all our lives!!! Helping others is kind of fun too…
